What programs does Girls Unstoppable Uganda offer?
We run several initiatives designed to empower girls: Empowerment Through Education (ETE): Provides merit-based scholarships, learning materials, and menstrual hygiene kits to marginalized girls in secondary school. Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM): Offers workshops and supplies to ensure girls can attend school confidently during their menstrual cycles. Partnerships, Advocacy & Mobilization: Works with communities and stakeholders to challenge harmful practices, promote girls’ education, and encourage leadership opportunities.

Who is eligible for the Empowerment Through Education (ETE) program?
The ETE program supports financially disadvantaged girls in secondary school who: Show good academic performance. Demonstrate strong moral character. Are committed to giving back to their communities. Applicants are reviewed by our committee to ensure fairness and transparency.

What happens in your Menstrual Hygiene Management workshops?
Our workshops provide girls with education about menstrual health, distribution of sanitary materials, and open discussions that break stigma. We partner with schools and local organizations to tailor each program to community needs and promote inclusive health education.
